My story.

Growing up as a teenager, I fell in love with cologne. What started as an interest in smelling good became a fascination with how different fragrances could change my mood, bring back a memory, or give me a little extra confidence.

I loved discovering new scents, learning about their notes, and figuring out what made each one different. Fresh citrus, smooth vanilla, rich tobacco—there was always something new to explore. But buying a full bottle every time something caught my attention wasn’t realistic.

That’s where the idea for Maple Decanting began. I wanted to make it easier to try the fragrances I was excited about without committing to an entire bottle. Sometimes you just want a small sample. Sometimes you find something you love and want enough to wear it more often.

To me, fragrance is personal. Your favourite scent doesn’t have to be the most expensive or the most popular—it should feel like you. Maple Decanting is built around that idea: exploring different fragrances, finding your favourites, and enjoying the process along the way.
